Creature Browse doesn't work. #910

It doesn't matter if I type /cb or /creaturebrowse it doesn't work . Nothing comes up, not a window, not an error message, nothing.

I have tested this on both the test server and live server, using my play accounts but, the commands work just fine for me. However, this does not mean Aegir is not having an issue. It is possible something messed up in the new players' accounts (or just Aegir's) that prevents them from using the creature browser. Also, Aegir has told me they have even relogged in an attempt to fix the problem but that did nothing as well.

Fixed. Deploying now, so please test with a new players account. This is now controlled by the groveBuild OR tweakScreens logical permission. All players have groveBuild.
