[Issue] v1.10.2: "Withering chorus flower" subtitle spam #34

If you turn on subtitles and do some mining, the noise of decaying rock floods you with this end-game notification. Guess it's the same noise. Perhaps it could be configured to decay without making noise?

Interesting idea. Yeah, that would be doable. I should also look at making a separate subtitle for it, something like "Crumbling rock"
