OI Shopping List: Menu "Clean up list" is grayed out #398

What steps will reproduce the problem?
From a user report:
"The button [menu > clean up list] never shows as being active and works on 
only an intermittent basis."

The problem is not reproducable on a new installation. It only occurs on some 
devices:
* Droid Bionic

This does not happen on my main list, but I did happen to notice it yesterday 
on a small task list with no prices and no stores, only when "Track per-store 
prices" is enabled. Taking the issue for debugging.
