[x] Update Stable tag in readme.txt to the current stable version (3.4)
[x] Update Version and the BOGO_VERSION constant in bogo.php to 3.5
[x] Update Tested up to in readme.txt to 5.7
[x] Add 3.5 change log to readme.txt
[x] Update the copyright year in license.txt to 2021
