Hi a @quockhanh , Please help me review this PR

Personally, I think we may need a better solution, such as ListFormData (not only contains Values but also other properies like Errors) I would keep this PR open until we have better solution

Notes: with this fix, whenever we add new line (in page definition editor), we then see 'Required' error message immediately. Based on requirement, it should be showed after clicking Save
