ROCKS7: Use chronyd instead of ntpd #22

Anaconda uses chrony instead of ntpd in CentOS 7 these changes propagate that into the installed system. See Redhat Documentation for reasons why this might be a good idea.

Otherwise we need to fix configuration for ntpd, enable it and disable chronyd which is enabled by default.
