Support for Plexamp #5

Small, tiny request - may I humbly ask for Plexamp support for this wallpaper? I quite like this one.

Lively will support every application that makes use of the System Media Transport Controls aka SMTC API to manage their media playback.

The built-in Windows Media Flyout will also only support those apps.

Request Plexamp devs to support SMTC API in Windows.
