Improvements to be made to current audio handling of Lively.

Describe the solution you'd like A comprehensive audio managing system, some of its features will be:

[x] Global mute.
[ ] Volume control per screen. ~- [ ] Volume control per wallpaper.~

Global mute is ready, video wallpapers have volume control based on LivelyProperties.

Having a mute button in the tray menu (or as a key command) would be great, so I don't have to open up the configurations. I'm aware of the current "Play audio only when desktop is focused" option, but I don't always want to use that because I use window transparency to see the lively wallpaper.
