Set wallpapers don't auto enable them after startup #1421

Describe the bug I chose a wallpaper that I liked very much, and I set it as my wallpaper using the Set as wallpaper button. However, every time I start my computer (i.e. restart or bootup) the wallpaper is not applied and instead the default windows wallpaper is shown. However, if I restart the application(not the computer) after reselecting the wallpaper, it works. It is to be noted that lively Wallpaper application does start on boot, and I can reselect the wallpaper but I don't want to do that.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start Lively
  2. Select a wallpaper
  3. Restart the computer (win + rshutdown /r /t 0Enter)

Expected behavior After following the steps, I expect my selected lively wallpaper to show up

Additional context This didn't seem to be the problem before but it started after the current update. Wallpaper I liked: https://www.deviantart.com/rocksdanister/art/Lantern-839505170

  1. How many monitors do you have?
  2. What display connection do the monitors use? (hdmi, displayport etc..)
  3. Does the DeviceId in WallpaperLayout.json change each Windows restart?

  1. 1
  2. Probably HDMI (MSI Optix G24 Series)
  3. No but the HMonitor.value does
