Taskbar theme not working Windows 11 insider #1440

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Taskbar theme isn't affecting the taskbar. When I chose a theme, nothing happens to the taskbar, fluent, transparency or whatever the theme is, nothing happens. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'settings'
  2. Click on 'System, then taskbar theme'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. The theme should be applied to the taskbar, right? Screenshots/Video If applicable, add screenshots/video to help explain your problem.

Log file (Important) Share the diagnostic files by: Open Lively settings (Gear icon) top-right -> System -> Log File -> Save or Navigate to Appdata folder C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Lively Wallpaper\logs

I am having this exact problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times.

Windows 11 Insider Edition here, which is updated around every week, but I presume if it's not only effecting this OS there's something else that could be going on.

I'll attach the whole log of my latest attempt, but these are the lines associated with changing the taskbar theme between various settings :

Further to this, I've noticed disabling lively brings back the default translucent / blur effect for taskbar, start menu etc. Contrary to my last post, it seems at least one other person has had an insider build stop third party transparency tools working too.
