Can't import background image for 'Fluids' #1652

Describe the bug Cannot import image to use as background for Fluids wallpaper. Customize window will stop responding.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. While 'Fluids' wallpaper is in effect, go to 'customize wallpaper'
  2. Scroll down to bottom.
  3. Check 'Background' box
  4. Click file upload icon
  5. select image
  6. click ok
  7. customize window will now stop responding

Expected behavior I expect to be able to select background image, then to be able to select image to use instead of black background.

I have tried leaving it for several minutes to see if it will resolve itself, but it never does. I tried to generate log, but when I do, it generates an empty zip file.

I uninstalled the windows store version, and installed version from your website, and this fixed the issue. It seems if you don't have permissions to access the windowsapps folder, it will stop working. However, I cannot set different backgrounds for different screens. This is not nearly as big an issue.
