Create organization for Lively #2060

  1. There is more than one project for Lively
  2. It would look more professional
  3. Better permission managment for the future

  1. There is only this repo with the exception of CefSharp project which will be integrated into this one in the future.
  2. Lively is just a hobby project of mine, I do not want to create a false professional look and create wrong expectations.
