lively does not display the web wallpaper an error appears: Unable to load webpage :( ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CSP #2130

I can't run the web wallpaper this error appears on a gray background fix it and the firewall is not turned on and the site image lasts 2-5 seconds and then the error?
