Describe the bug
I just booted up my system and the live wallpaper seems to run above the desktop and taskbar, not in a lower layer.
win + d toggles between the original desktop and the live wallpaper, seemingly fullscreen above everything else.
Switching apps hides the taksbar behind the wallpaper for a few seconds, with the app visible above the wallpaper.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Boot up system (Live wallpaper set to run at startup)
Desktop appears for a few seconds
Lively Wallpaper starts later and fully hides desktop
Note: doesn't always happen, I restarted Lively and everything is back to normal again.
Expected behavior
Animated wallpaper should display behind desktop icons and taskbar.
Desktop:
OS: Windows 10, up to date.
A video wallpaper (MPV).
Additional context
TranslucentTB is installed and running (may not be relevant)
