Player cannot loop smoothly through a video

Describe the bug I chose a video file as my wallpaper. When the video was over, the wallpaper would have a very short black flash before replaying the video. It didn't seem to loop smoothly through the video.

Expected behavior Able to segue smoothly into the beginning at the end of the video without any black flash and pause.

Desktop:

• OS: Microsoft Windows 11 家庭中文版 10.0.26120
• CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
• GPU: Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics

What video player are you using? For me, this only happens when using the VLC player.

This also depends on the video file codec and system configuration.

I would try verifying with different video file.
