Wallpaper not loading #2316

Describe the bug For some reason when i load a wllpaper like the rainy wallpaper. it does not load. instead my wallpaper is black. I even tried to restart explorer.exe but it does not work

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: NOTE: Im using an Intel UHD graphics with an intel core 13 CPU running windows 11 insider

  1. Go to 'Lively wallpaper'
  2. Click on 'rainy wallpaper'
  3. Wallpaper goes black
  4. See error

Expected behavior the rainy animated wallpaper works

Did you manage to resolve this? I am unable to run any animated wallpapers. I set the background display to color black, and I get just an image of a wallpaper, but no running animation.

Any ideas?
