Implement new auto scaler that crops and centers image #482

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Different video files can have different aspect ratio and there can be no single setting that works best.

Describe the solution you'd like A new auto scaler that crops and centers clip if aspect ratio mismatch, similar to the media player classic (mpc player) "Touch window form outside" option.

I want to add also fill fit span bottom or top of the screen
