When the user first runs lively, or even in settings, an option to "sync" wallpapers from their wallpaper engine library would be a cool addition

I don't have any design skills to show screenshots or mockups, but a little bit of additional "how to" if I was doing it
seeing if wallpaper engine is installed (no cracks)
