Issue when resizing #34

Description Started happening after updating to latest 546.01 or hotfix 546.08 driver from Nvidia.

Steps to reproduce

Open any UWP application (Example: Lively Weather or Ambie.)
Increase window size.

System information OS: Windows 11 22H2 Build 22621.2506 GPU: RTX 3070 RAM: 64GB CPU: Intel i7 12700F
