FR: Utilize the app BG as Windows live wallpaper #40

Would be a great option to enhance Windows desktop with current weather animation.

I get similar request from many places, it is something on my mind but it will require effort in writing and maintaining a webpage version for wallpaper so haven't got around to it yet.

Closing this as it is unrelated to this repo.
