Azure blob store as source support #113

  1. Implement functionality to support integrations from Azure blob store and create a collection from the same.
  2. Will need to make changes to go client for Azure event hubs

Testing: Tested manually by providing a connection string and ensure that the collection is reaching the initializing state in staging environment.
