[Rock-ons] Add write-up for Nginx Proxy Manager #231

As suggested by @phillxnet (https://github.com/rockstor/rockon-registry/pull/211#issuecomment-578982694), the Nginx Proxy Manager is a very powerful rock-on that was recently added, thanks to @DarkYamik. Despite a very user-friendly interface, a detailed write-up on its use inside Rockstor would be a very good addition with the potential to help a lot of users who would like to setup a nice reverse proxy.

This write-up could not only include step-by-step instructions on how to manage Nginx, but also an example of common user setup.

The project's instructions only cover the installation part; as this is taken care of by Rockstor, it is unfortunately not that useful for our users. Some brief and overall instructions can nonetheless be found at the link below: https://github.com/jc21/nginx-proxy-manager

I think we can close this issue now with the recent submission of

488 and the associated PR #489.

If agreed, could one of you close this?

@Hooverdan96 Thanks for the pointer here. But does this issue not relate to our Nginx Proxy Manager, rather than the referenced doc issue/PR that relate to our vanilla Nginx stand-alone Rock-on?

Reading the comments in the original post (https://github.com/rockstor/rockon-registry/pull/211#issuecomment-578982694) it appeared to me related to the Rockon, rather than the nginx used by Rockstor itself.

Edit: Never mind, I've kept missing your point ... indeed, standalone nginx Rockon vs. nginx-proxy-manager Rockon. Got it.
