Update delete-rockon instructions re Rockstor version 4.5.4-0 onwards.

Includes

minor re-wording
A preference for the newer versions in the given example.
Move from bash to console formatting for the commands. Console ended up making "cd" invisible.
More accurate indentation of command output.
Minor semantic formatting around significant changes
