Fixes #432

This pull request's proposal

Remove duplicate entries in doc site menu items that are non-canonical. Leave website to be over-all reference and docs as docs predominantly. Includes

Addition of RHS menu item for Open Collective.
Removal of fontawesome as not longer required if no social icons in top bar.
minor http to https fixes.
