Fixes #438.

Replace DBAN/dwipe (since not maintained since 2015) with ShredOS/nwipe

@phillxnet, @FroggyFlox here is a proposed way of updating the documentation. Please suggest any changes/updates.

Error during linkcheck is related to the deprecated btrfs wiki, e.g.:

(       data_loss: line   97) broken    https://btrfs.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/Glossary - 404 Client Error: Not Found for url: https://archive.kernel.org/oldwiki/btrfs.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/Glossary.html

which is referenced in issue #424.
