Contextually modified from our prior 15.4 to 15.5 howto. Some re-ordering of notes/warnings re zypper dup.

Includes

Build/Built typo fix in all our 'Distribution update ...' howtos.
Update docs copyright to be in line with website.

Fixes #476

This procedure was tested on an install derived from a current 5.0.9-0 Leap 15.5 x86_64 installer from our downloads page. It was also proven on an install derived originally from our prior 4.5.8-0 Leap 15.4 x86_64 installer (updated to 5.0.9-0) which was then distribution updated to a 15.5 base via our preceding howto from PR:

A local build and render (via production like server) of the product of this patch looked to render as expected.
