Ongoing changelog for 4.5.8-0 #6

Issue to associated with ongoing 4.5.8-0 changelog development. We are nearing this next release so we need to begin testing the resulting changelog entries. This issue should only be 'Fixed' by the final move to 4.5.8-0 both within the changelog and the then to-be matching 'Version' & 'jslibs_version' entries. Where-up we also tag this repo accordingly upon an rpm being release with the tags indicated version, likely 4.5.8-0 at that time.
