Add EULA link & update page to account for v4 "Built on openSUSE" #4 #26

Currently only contains english version but other versions can be included once we move to a multi-lingual site. Also note that in this case alone we maintain exact formatting of the eula text as it is then easier to verify against it's canonical version held in:

/usr/share/licenses/openSUSE-release

@FroggyFlox as this is just a menu item addition and some important additions to the eula given we now have downloads available I'd like to get this published as is. We can re-visit with follow-up corrections as and when needed.

Not that in the future we can resource the given translations and maybe setup some kind of partial to display the correct language version but for the time being we can get the english text version copied verbatim, including line wraps, to aid in noting any changes.
