Once we have a shop entry enabled for the proposed "Incident based support" plan we should align with the newly created doc issue to source the shop only for price and currency arrangements: https://github.com/rockstor/rockstor-doc/issues/363
An alternative plan regarding "Incident based support" purchase, given it's prerequisite of a stable subscription, is to embed a Stripe purchase button within Appman against the Stable Subscription concerned. This will then avoid the potential confusion/frustration or apparent double-dipping of those seeking commercial support 'in a hurry' and not appreciating it's Stable Subscription limitation.

It is proposed that we move to a minimal cost for "Incident based support" as it is postulated that this will encourage (and enable) more Stable subscribers to pay for this support plan. And in turn help with our aim of achieving sustainable Open Source development.
