Update proposed cost and currency of commercial support #41 #43

Also update some wording regarding v4 stable status and improve consistency regarding Incident-Based support etc.

Fixes #41

Includes (on commercial support page):

Addition of a new installers link stressing it's stable status.
Specify 'Signal' use for phone support.
Add link to support chat system hosted by Tulip.
Specify support language.
Change support time zone.
Change expected Incident-Based subscription cost and currency.
Remove reference to older bundles approach. We re-release with a single variant for simplicity and equality of cost per incident.
Various punctuation consistencies addressed.
