Includes:

Move/update RC status forum link to the downloads index.
Add link on downloads index to GitHub Milestone.
Add missing btrfs parity raid level warnings on non x86_64 15.3 profiles.

Fixes #52

A test build of these proposed changes looks to render as expected. Merging ready to publish from master.
