Switch 'Shop' in header for "Open Collective" #79

We now already have, on the About-Us page, a reference to our new Open Collective status. However it would be good to also include this within our Community menu item, especially given it is the key driver for sustainability and is very definitely a community element to the project: given we are community funded.

Note that in this linked issue we are using the top menu item to hose the new "OPEN COLLECTIVE". But with the Web-UI we have no "community" and it is all the more important within the Web-UI to surface our fiscal nature: given it's primary focus is on elements of the installed system: not about the project as such.

I'm now thinking, for consistency with Web-UI and forum headers, that we do a direct switch-out of current shop for Open Collective. I'll see how it looks.

In header seems to work visually, plus we get the highest profile, i.e. aligned with "About Us" & "Downloads", along with orange highlight and drop-down requirement: OC-in-header
