Update downloads re EOL 15.3 - 15.4 - and add 15.5 #87 #92

Remove EOL Leap entries and add 15.5 and TW installers based on current Stable RC releases in current testing phase.

Fixes #87

Currently depends on a fix/new-release associated with:
