Add Fun Badges #13

I saw a Todo in util.js related to fun badges from forthebadge. I am interested in adding those.

There are some internal issues going on with how this action work right now. That's why I am not adding new badges at this point. Once the other issue #11 regarding the action not working properly gets resolved then, new badges can be added.
