Spike (short try out) the RobotPy language and system, to see how viable it is for Robot programming.

Probably best to make yet another repo for this, rather than doing it merely as a branch of the main FRC-2023 one. I could imagine at some point (post-spike) deciding to try keeping a parallel Python branch of the main Java codebase in sync during the season, for kicks and educational purposes... or not.
