[FEATURE] Update post scripts for Rocky for 8.5 #13

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Current post scripts install-openqa-post-rocky.sh and install-openqa-post-rocky-aarch.sh have hard coded path for ISOs.

Describe the solution you'd like Update the above mentioned scripts to reference current ISOs (now 8.5 but solution might determine this from inspection of the CHECKSUM file).

Hard-coded paths point to .../rocky/8/isos/... which will always pull current release ISOs. There is no issue.
