I've started working on the install path again to get very close to how it should look in production, due to that I split up the install paths for Server and Worker completely.

I'm not sure up to now about the TODO part, this should be done right in the middle in the server install, but could also be done after everything finished, and then restarting the httpd service.

This also updates a few parameters which appeared to me when I was rewriting this.

@lumarel multiple fixes appeared to be required. Provided in PR to branch in your fork that, if merged, should drop on top of this PR.
