If I deploy my openQA system in a VM and use either NFS or VirtualBox Shared Folders for the content in /var/lib/openqa/... in order to persist it between rebuilds of my VM the install-openqa-post-rocky.sh does not run fifloader.py on my testing repository.

Modify install-openqa-post-rocky.sh so that it always runs fifloader.py.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Of course, I can run fifloader.py manually in my special environment. However, this change shouldn't affect users doing fresh installs and will greatly improve my workflow.
