TL;DR

Upgrade Temporal dependencies, improve Kubernetes pod configurations, and fix various bugs

What changed?

Updated Temporal to version 1.20 and admin tools to version 1.22.4.
Improved Kubernetes configurations including new labels and annotations for various pods.
Introduced better configuration handling for security contexts and resource management.
Addressed bugs related to service ports, SQL configuration, and Elasticsearch index creation.
