Decided to just remove it, gonna add a redirect for the page to the RESF equivalent page. All the team info can still be found on the wiki at this point anyways.

Thanks. there's also a link to it from the about page to the org structure.

On the actual documentation front, we (RL Project Board) are also working on new docs w.r.t. the structure and definitions of teams/etc
