With weekly builds, let's do a simple smoke test (like make sure it runs in Podman, docker, etc), and publish artifacts to Docker Hub and Quay.io.
We'll need to come up with some automation to do so, part of which will end up being incorporated into a larger pipeline for building all cloud images: container, live media, qemu/kvm, azure, aws, etc.
