Owner Field Select BizForm Fails #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into Ticket application on dev.openbiz.com
http://dev.openbiz.me/index.php/trac/ticket_list

2. Click Add button.

3. Attempt to select an "Owner" for the new trac_ticket.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you choose an owner from the list, you selection isn't remembered on the 
parent form.

The pick biz form works as expected on the detail view.
