Permission Issue In Collab #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to create a new calendar event.
http://dev.openbiz.me/index.php/collab/event_manage

2. Click either "Next" or "Quick Finish"

3. Get error about permissions.
You don't have enough permission to do this opeation.

Operation is misspelled as well.

the bug has been solved, please update the source code from SVN
