Openbiz flushed all %PATH% env on windows 7 #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Openbiz-Cubi-Suite-3.0.8.exe
2. Open CMD shell
3. Type echo %PATH% and show Drive:\OPENBIZSERVER\php only

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This is a very critical defect. The %PATH% environment variables shound never 
be flushed, or else it will defunct many software. Please use another env var 
like %OPENBIZ% instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Openbiz-Cubi-Suite-3.0.8.exe     Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

OK, i will test it , it should prepend not replace your PATH
