I had the same problem. If you run windows disk checker after the third part of
the disc has been ripped it should allow you to copy it over.

I hope someone can post a solution to this issue, because I only have a 4GB
Duracell Flash Drive and I'm not even able to copy dual layer discs to my flash
drive. The 2nd part of the iso gets corrupted when I copy it, not the 1st part.
