AHBPROT check failed- How to fix? #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open CleanRip through WiiXplorer
2. Run BOOT.Dol
3. Select Gamecube Homebrew
4. AHBPROT check failed Please install the latest HBC Check the FAQ for more 
info

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can't start ripping my games, I see a large box saying AHBPROT check failed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.4 and 2.0.0 give the same result. I am using IOS 58.

Please provide any additional information below.
I saw in a previous question that meta.xml might be missing. I have it here, 
just wondering if it is in the wrong place.

I hate to state the obvious but have you installed the latest HBC like it 
mentions?
