Change source filename #20

Use the pkgbase instead of the pkgname when downloading the source to avoid possible variability (and therefore redownloads) when enabling/disabling the various packages.

I realize this is a very minor PR, so feel free to ignore if you don't want to include it.

Hmm I don't really want to merge this is, as we try to keep this PKGBUILD as close as possible to the "upstream" tensorflow PKGBUILD, so that it is easier to submit a pull request when the time comes. https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-community/blob/packages/tensorflow/trunk/PKGBUILD
