auto move to "Complete" plugin #5

A plugin that automatically moves bullets into a sibling named "Complete" when marked as complete (strikethrough)

For example

1. Start Parent

2. Strikeout Parent

3. Auto-complete (preserving collapse) Parent

And additional setting to append/prepend timestamp when moving to Complete.

Used for tracking todos and their completions
