origin/destination could accept matrices/lists of lat/lon pairs #39

For convenience (e.g. if I have a data set with lon and lat columns, which e.g. is produced by ggmap::geocode or geohash::gh_decode).

If you add me as a collaborator I'll assign myself & file PR when I find time.
