Provide official Docker multi-arch image #105

I don't like any of the third-party images available for Chevereto-Free. I'm Going To Build My Own Chevereto-Free Docker images With Blackjack and Hookers.

The package is already available, but the application doesn't support env variables.

It is required to create/load app/settings-env.php on Docker context and use getenv() to retrieve the environment values from the container runtime.
